Administration

Paul Saluja – President – psaluja@wastetron.com
Mr. Saluja has more than 17 years experience in environmental project management. As President of WTI he monitors environmental regulations and tracks trends in the industry in order to proavide project managers with new leads. Mr. Saluja solicits projects on behalf of the company, reviews all proposals and bids, and insures timely execution of all projects. He supervises all facets of WTI, and works hand-in-hand with the project managers on many large projects.


Jeff Cooper – Vice President – jecooper@wastetron.com
Mr. Cooper serves as a Vice President and Field Operation Superintend for WTI. His responsibilities include overseeing all field activities, soil and water remediation projects, vacuum cleaning - hazardous and non-hazardous, and performing equipment decontamination - stream and high pressure. Mr. Cooper oversees the majority of WTI's major construction activities and is involved with the company's day-to-day operations.


Kelly White – Accounting Supervisor – kwhite@wastetron.com
Ms. White serves as the Administrative Assistant and Accounting Supervisor for WTI. Her responsibilities include all office procedures, assisting President and Vice President on current projects, and all accounting functions. Ms. White has been with WTI for seven (7) years. She holds an Associated Degree in Business Management and Accounting.


Superintendents

Heath Adkins – Mr. Adkins has been with WTI, since May 1999. Mr. Adkins has gained valuable experience for WTI. As a field supervisor he is responsible for overseeing the daily procedures of certain projects. Ensuring quality workmanship in the field. Mr. Adkins has attended safety training, and is aware of environmental regulations, has attended DOT, Mine Safety and Health, Asbestos & Lead Abatement, First Aid and CPR training. Mr. Adkins is a top notch equipment operator.

Laundell Finley – Mr. Finley has been with WTI since February 2006. Not only is Mr. Finley one of the best field supervisors, he is also an accomplished carpenter. Mr. Finley has been involved with managing WTI’s smallest and largest projects. These projects have varied in size from $ 10,000.00 projects to upwards of $4,000,000.00. They have involved not only coordinating with our clients, but also subcontractors, material men, and vendors. Mr. Finley has attended safety training, and is aware of environmental regulations, has attended DOT, Mine Safety and Health, Asbestos & Lead Abatement, First Aid and CPR training.

Zatto Hager – Mr. Hager has been with WTI since June 2001. Mr. Hager is responsible for all field personnel assigned to his projects. He is also one of the best heavy equipment operators around. Mr. Hager specializes in mine projects. He has been working side by side with Mammoth Coal for two years. Mr. Hager has attended safety training, and is aware of environmental regulations, has attended DOT, Mine Safety and Health, Asbestos & Lead Abatement, First Aid and CPR training.

Ray McCallister – Mr. McCallister has been with WTI since May 2004. He came to WTI with approximately 30 years experience in gas and water well drill. Mr. McCallister still keeps his license up to date in the field of drilling wells. He has been involved with many of WTI large remediation and earthwork projects and landfill closures/caps. Mr. McCallister handles the ordering of major equipment and supplies that needed for WTI jobs. He is one of the most outstanding field supervisor in the history of WTI. Mr. McCallister has attended safety training, and is aware of environmental regulations, has attended DOT, Mine Safety and Health, Asbestos & Lead Abatement, First Aid and CPR training.

Michael Rakes – Mr. Rakes has been with WTI since May 2004. Mr. Rakes brought to WTI his knowledge of mine reclamation. He has worked beside top management at Mammoth Coal and ICG Coal. Mr. Rakes has assisted with setting budgets for major projects that WTI has been awarded. Mr. Rakes is also responsible for the completion of paperwork once a job has been completed, or if changes take place it is he responsible to complete the change orders. Mr. Rakes has attended safety training, and is aware of environmental regulations, has attended DOT, Mine Safety and Health, Asbestos & Lead Abatement, First Aid and CPR training.

Together WTI field supervisors have over sixty (60) years experience of environmental and construction issues.
